What You'll Own

• Customer Experience: You will be the face of our cafe, delivering personalized, warm, and efficient service to every guest. You own the energy of the floor.
• Store Standards: You will maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards that reflect the premium nature of M&S.
• Inventory Management: You will assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and ensuring that every item is fresh and available.
• Sales Support: You will proactively engage customers, recommend products, and drive sales through genuine connection and product knowledge.
• Team Collaboration: You will work seamlessly with your team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and beyond.

What You Bring

• Service Mindset: You have previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a cafe, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Attention to Detail: You notice what others overlook and take pride in getting it right every time.
• Communication Skills: You are fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus. You can read a room and adapt your tone instantly.
