We are seeking a skilled Hammamiste (Spa Therapist) to join a prestigious spa in Morocco. This role involves providing professional massage services and body treatments to guests, utilizing techniques such as body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. As a Hammamiste, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wellness experiences in a luxury spa environment. Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products.
• Perform body treatments including body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Consult with guests to determine problem areas and customize treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary equipment and products.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety during all treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Recommend appropriate treatments based on guest needs.
• Upsell spa products and services when appropriate.
• Document guest preferences and treatment notes.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hammamiste or Spa Therapist (minimum 1-2 years).
• Certification in massage therapy or related field.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic or French.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.
• Physical stamina to perform treatments for extended periods.
