Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of professional beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
- Consult with clients to understand their skincare and relaxation needs, recommending appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Promote and upsell spa products and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified qualification in Beauty Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a beauty therapist, preferably in a hotel or luxury spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, body treatments, and nail care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced spa equipment and treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, LED therapy, massage techniques).
- Sales skills and ability to drive retail product revenue.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
