What You'll Own

• Lead and execute the full communications strategy for the Munathara Initiative across all platforms
• Build and manage media relationships with journalists, outlets, and influencers regionally and internationally
• Oversee digital outreach campaigns, ensuring consistent brand voice and measurable engagement growth
• Draft, edit, and publish press releases, op-eds, speeches, and institutional content
• Coordinate with program teams to amplify Munathara's events, debates, and civic engagement initiatives
• Monitor media coverage and produce regular impact reports for senior leadership
• Manage crisis communications and protect the organization's public reputation

What You Bring

• Significant experience in communications, public relations, or outreach management — ideally within NGOs, international organizations, or civic platforms
• Fluency in Arabic and French is essential; strong English is a major advantage
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences across the Arab world and global stakeholders
• Deep understanding of the Tunisian and regional media landscape
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats
• Experience managing social media strategy and digital campaigns at scale
• Strong leadership instincts — you can build a communications calendar from scratch and hold a team accountable to it
