Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The Site Engineer safely participates in the accomplishment of project objectives through meticulous planning and scheduling, resource allocation and management, cost control, and technical direction. This role is critical to ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project milestones.
• Allocate and manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures to stay within budget.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
