Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing banking processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized workflows that align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.
- Monitor process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven enhancements.
- Lead process automation initiatives, leveraging technology to streamline manual tasks and improve accuracy.
- Ensure all process changes comply with banking regulations and internal governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in process engineering, business process improvement, or operations management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements (e.g., cycle time reduction, cost savings).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or equivalent.
- Experience with banking-specific systems (e.g., core banking platforms, digital channels).
- Knowledge of Qatari banking regulations and Central Bank of Qatar guidelines.
- Project management experience, including Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Data analysis skills using tools like SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
