Tripoli– Libya Reports to show room supervisor Department: BDD
Position Brief: As a salesperson one of your main
responsibilities is selling our products to the customers,
approaching customers, explaining product features, and answering
their questions. Always walk them through with more available
items as possible, resolve any complaints from customers and to
provide the best customer service possible, as well as offering
support to your team as needed. Salesperson main Duties: Greeting
customers, respond to their inquiries, increase customer
interaction to displayed items, and give excellent
service.directing customers toward the store’s
productsConstantly seek out customers in the shop.Assessing
customer demand and provide information and guidance on product
features.Handle cash machine.Always keeping displays and shelves
neat and organized.Improving customer service and dealing with
customer’s complaints that may occur and treating them with
respect.Constantly Refreshing knowledge about different items
offered and explore available options to offer to
customers.Assisting the show room supervisor with daily
operations when required. Position Requirements: Education: A
high school qualification or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 01
years. Skills: A cheerful, active, and positive
demeanour.Expressive language skills.Professionalism.High work
ethics.Good teamwork.Flexibility to do different tasks.Works
effectively under pressure.Highly organized.Customer services
skills (Understanding the customer / Customer focus). How To
