seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join
our team. As a leading real estate brokerage firm in Dubai, we
pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer
satisfaction. We believe that diversity and inclusion are crucial
for the success of our team, and we are dedicated to creating an
inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate for this position
should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate
sales in Dubai. They should possess strong leadership skills and
a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Additionally,
we are looking for someone who can lead a sales team effectively
and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Key
Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve
sales targets and objectives • Develop and implement sales
strategies to increase revenue and market share • Identify new
business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their
performance • Collaborate with other departments to ensure
seamless operations and customer satisfaction Salary and
Benefits: The salary for this position will be between 15000 AED
to 20000 AED per month, depending on the candidate’s
qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, we
offer a competitive commission structure and other benefits.
