About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Guest Relations Agent to join our team in Qatar. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for providing detailed information about property amenities, services, and operating hours, while handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide comprehensive directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and special requests.
- Assist in managing guest communications via phone, email, and in person.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest relations, front desk, or a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Professional appearance and a warm, approachable demeanor.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in luxury or high-end hospitality properties.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
- Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options in Qatar.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Arabic or other widely spoken languages.
- Previous training in conflict resolution or guest recovery techniques.
